Project Management and Data Management Plans Delivered
Our team has successfully delivered both the project management and data management plans. These foundational documents are crucial for guiding our project’s direction and ensuring effective data handling.
Productive Meetings and Collaborations
We have held several productive meetings with our project officer, sister project, and construction teams. Additionally, WordPacket Twitter meetings have taken place, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Work Package 1 Deliverables Completed
All deliverables for Work Package 1 have been provided, marking a significant milestone in our project timeline.
Internal Newsletter Launched
To keep everyone informed and engaged, we have launched an internal newsletter. This initiative aims to gather stakeholders involved in nature-based solutions, establish standards, and identify challenges.
Financial Updates
Almost all beneficiaries have submitted their internal reports, and the report validation process is complete. Payments have been released, and beneficiaries should receive funds promptly. We appreciate everyone’s diligence and commitment to this process.
Consortium Meeting Success
On July 31st, we held a highly productive online Consortium Meeting. This event provided an excellent opportunity for all partners to showcase their respective progress on the project. The collaborative spirit and shared insights were truly inspiring.
