Conditions of access and use
The website and its services are free of charge and open to the public, except for the corresponding connection and internet access costs contracted by the user. However, the company may condition the use of some of the services offered on its website upon the prior completion of the corresponding form or prior authorization from the company.
In the case of minors, the use of services requires the prior consent of parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all acts performed by the minors in their care. The responsibility for determining specific content accessed by minors lies with them; therefore, if they access inappropriate content on the Internet, mechanisms (specifically software, filters, and blocks) should be established on their computers to limit available content. Although not infallible, these are especially useful for controlling and restricting the materials minors can access.
The user guarantees the authenticity and timeliness of all data provided to the company and shall be solely responsible for any inaccurate or false statements made. It is the user’s responsibility to keep the information provided to the company updated at all times.
The user shall make proper use of the company’s content and services. The website shall be used in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice, as well as morals and good customs. b) Introduce computer viruses into the network or perform actions likely to alter, damage, interrupt, or generate errors or damage to the electronic documents, data, or physical and logical systems of the company or third parties; as well as hinder access for other users to the website and its services through the massive consumption of the computer resources through which the company provides its services.
c) Attempt to access the accounts and/or profiles of other users or restricted areas of the computer systems of the company or third parties and, where appropriate, extract information.
d) Infringe intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as violate the confidentiality of the information of the company or third parties.

f) Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, or in any other way publicly communicate, transform, or modify the contents, unless authorized by the holder of the corresponding rights or if legally permitted.

The inclusion of logos or content identifying clients is carried out within the framework of fair industrial or commercial practices, with their display limited to indicating that the company has provided a service or maintained a professional relationship at some point.
The distribution, modification, transfer, or public communication of the contents and any other act not expressly authorized by the holder of the exploitation rights are prohibited.
